Donna B. Vasquez is a seasoned attorney and litigator with over 15 years of experience representing public, private and non-profit entities in the areas of labor and employment and general business litigation.

Ms. Vasquez handles matters involving wage and hour law, including representative actions under the Private Attorney General Act, leaves of absence, discrimination, discipline, and discharge issues. She has also successfully taken on cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, and intentional infliction of emotional distress before state and federal courts, and administrative agencies such as the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 

In addition, Ms. Vasquez is a highly skilled business litigator.  The depth of her knowledge and experience spans many areas, including contracts, construction, fraud and misrepresentation, misappropriation of trade secrets and other business disputes. 

As an experienced trial attorney, Ms. Vasquez provides her clients with significant counseling and resources to avoid costly litigation. In the event a lawsuit cannot be avoided, she works to achieve economic victories for her clients by way of motion work, such as summary judgments, and alternative dispute resolution methods through mediations and/or arbitrations.

With over 15 years of experience and many years serving as a partner in a large California-based firm, Ms. Vasquez serves her clients with tremendous fortitude and knowledge.  She has not only served as lead counsel for high-net clients, publically traded companies and public institutions, but she has also represented numerous start-up entities, small businesses and individuals.  She has successfully defended multi-million dollar disputes and helped obtain significant monetary recovery for wronged parties.  Her vast experience also spans work on class action lawsuits, multi-plaintiff complaints and representative actions.
